Bolognese Sauce Low Fat

500g minced beefA stalk of celery finely sliced2 cloves of garlicA small carrot cut into fine diceHalf a tin of tomatoesHalf a cup vegetable stock1 anchovy finely chopped up half a tsp dry basilhalf a tsp dry oregano2 -3 tsp cornflour slaked in a little water50 ml soy cream
Dry fry the mince beef until browned and crumbly.
Add vegetables, tinned tomatoes and vegetable stock.
Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add herbs.
Add cornflour mixture, simmer for 20 minutes uncovered, then add soy cream.
