Chicken and Green Chile Enchiladas

Ingredients
10 Mission Low Carb Whole Wheat Tortillas 6.5"10 oz. Shredded Chicken Breast1/2 Cup Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese1/2 Cup 2% Mexican Blend Cheese1 cup diced green chiles1/2 cup fat free sour cream2 1/2 cups Green Chile Enchilada Sauce
Directions
Heat oven to 400. In a small bowl combine cheeses together. In a separate bowl combine chicken, diced peppers, sour cream, and about 1/3 of the cheese blend. Evenly distribute the chicken mix in the tortillas to create the enchiladas. Place in baking dish and top with enchilada sauce, cook for about 10 minutes or until bubbly and top with remaining cheese cheese. Turn of oven and let sit for about 5 more minutes or until cheese is nice and melted.
