Garlic Whitefish

Ingredients
2 tbsp butter1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp minced garlic1 tsp oregano1 tsp paprikadash salt/pepper2 white fish fillets, cut in half
Directions
Heat butter and oil in pan. Rinse and cut fillets in half. Sprinkle herbs, salt, and pepper and place in pan. Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Take out and place on warm plate. Add garlic to pan and cook for 1-2 minutes. Pour sauce from pan on top of fish.

Makes 2 servings.
