Ingredients
1/8 Wedge of a Large Cantaloupe (Peeled, seeds removed, cubed)1/4 Cup Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Fat Free Yogurt1/2 8th Continent Light Soymilk (Plain 50 calories)7 to 8 Ice CubesSplenda to Taste
Directions
Add Cantaloupe, yogurt, and soy milk to blender, blend until smooth. Add Splenda or sweetener of your choice if desired and blend. Add ice cubes a few at a time and blend until desired consistency. I used 8 ice cubes, but you can use more or less depending on how thick you want your shake. Serve in a tall glass with a sprig of mint and enjoy!

    I bought a huge cantelope the other day so I decided to make a smoothie with it. I found this recipe and tried it. I used 1/2 cup of lucerne's plain light soymilk instead & I did not add any extra sweeteners. To me, cantelope is sweet naturally. This was my 1st cantelope drink and I liked it alot!! - 9/10/12
