Selena's homemade macaroni and cheese

Ingredients
4 tbsp margarine4 tbsp flour2 2/3 cup milk6 oz of shredded cheese1 cup macaroni1 tsp of mustard if desiredsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Melt butter in a saucepan

In another pan, start water to boil for macaroni, then
cook macaroni to desired texture

As macaroni is cooking, add flour to butter and mix well with wooden spoon and remove from heat

Slowly add milk to butter/flour mixture, mixing well, then return to heat

Heat mixture to a boil, stiring constantly (will burn and stick if not watched) Let it boil for about a minute

Add cheese and mustard to mixture and mix well until melted (Add salt and pepper to taste)

Pour cheese sauce and macaroni into a greased pan and mix well together

Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Makes 4 1-cup servings.
