Ingredients
turkey stockleft over turkeypearled barleysplit peas greenred lentilssplit peas yellow
Directions
Use a leftover turkey
boil bones with parsnip for stock

take stock and skim fat

add other stuff to crock pot or stove top pot and simmer for about two hrs or until all stuff is tender.

Add some leftover turkey after cooking!
