Mackerel cakes

Ingredients
1 15 oz. can Jack Mackerel2 egg whites1/2 cup old fashioned oats1/2 cup finely chopped onions1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
Directions
Pour 1 can of Mackerel into mixing bowl (smash with fork)
add all other ingredients stir well
make into patties( I made pretty good sized ones about 1/3c maybe a little more)
preheat oven to 400
spray pan with non stick cooking spray, and tops of patties
Bake for 10 to 15 min. or until brown ( I baked mine around 15 and they were crispy)
