Ingredients
Lean Minced beefOnion largeCelery - 2 stalksRed pepperYellow pepper2 tins of plum tomatosmall tin of tomato pastemushrooms
Directions
Put Minced beef on to dry fry - when fat is released - drain it away.
Chop all veg into small pieces and add to the pan.
Add the 2 tins of tomato.
Stir together.
Leave to simmer, with occasional stirings. Add water if needed. 20 mins before the end - add the tomato paste to enrich the sauce.

Serve with pasta, or on own with bread roll/pita breads/fahita to mop up sauce.
