Taco Salad

Ingredients
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 2 tsp Flour Tortillas, 10 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced Romaine Lettuce (salad), 0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, shredded Salsa, 1 cup
Directions
Cook Ground Turkey Meat
Add taco seasoning according to directions
Cut each tortilla into 4 pieces and bake in the oven at 350 for 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown
Then assemble how you would like it
