Raw Macadamia Nut Milk

1 cup raw Macadamia Nuts4 cups water2 Tablespoons Raw Honey
Combine macadamia nuts and water in a blender. Pulse a few times to break up the nuts and then blend at high speed for at least a minute to break the nuts down into small bits.
Strain through a fine wire mesh strainer or nut milk bag. Use a spoon or spatula to help the milk strain through the nut meal.
Return milk to blender and add honey. Blend on medium high speed until honey is fully incorporated.
Chill milk. Cover and refrigerate nut meal for another recipe. Make slightly more than four 1 cup servings. Will keep in refrigerator for two days.
