Carrots Lyonaise

Ingredients
* *Better than Boullion Chicken Base, 1 tsp * boiling Water, tap, .5 cup * Butter, salted, .25 cup * Onions, raw, 3 slice, medium (1/8" thick) * *Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 1 Tbsp * Salt, 1 tsp * Pepper, black, 1/8 tsp * Water, tap, 3/4 cup * Carrots, raw, 6 medium (1 lb)
Directions
Pare carrots, cut into julienne strips. Cook in bouillon w/water. Covered, 10 min.

Melt butter in large pan, add onions, cook covered for 15 min. Stir occasionally

Stir in next 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Add carrots and stock.

Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
