Cottage Cheese Balls

Ingredients
Yeast, water, cottage cheese, Promise, Egg beaters, Egg White, Raisins optional , Sesame Seeds optional ,
Directions
Dissolve yeast in water and mix with cottage cheese. splenda, promise and egg beaters and baking soda. . Add fiber one and knead until no longer sticky.. let rise until doubled, Shape into 32 balls and place in 2 greased or use Pam, 9 in square baking pans. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min. Better next day after refrigerator. Optional : Brush tops with egg whites and sprinkle sesame seeds on top
