Mandarin Orange Salad

2 C spinach, torn roughly4 C romaine lettuce, torn4 C organic baby spring salad mix1 small red onion, sliced into rings and separated11 oz can of mandarin oranges, well drained1/3 C slivered almonds4 Tbsp McCormick Salad Toppins, Garden Vegetable4 Tbsp Hormel Real Bacon, bacon bits1/2 C. Craisins1/2 C Kraft Light Done Right Red Wine Viniagrette
In a large salad bowl, layer the dry ingredients as listed. Pour dressing over salad just before serving. Croutons may be added to each serving (not included in calorie count).
If you are not planning to use all the salad at once, prepare all the ingredients ahead of time and store separately. Build individual servings as desired.
