Strawberry Banana Oatmeal Bread

2 cups all purpose flour2 cups whole wheat flour1 cup rolled oats1 1/2 tbsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1/2 cup butter1/4 cup shortening1 1/2 cups sugar2 eggs1 banana, mashed1 tbsp vanilla1/2 tbsp lemon extract1/2 tbsp lemon juice3 1/2 cups "Sweet Fruit Dipper" recipe (https://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=1017983&ff=1)
Grease two 9×5" loaf pans, preheat oven to 350F.
Mix dry ingredients.
Beat butter and shortening in a bowl.
Add sugar, eggs, banana, vanilla, lemon extract and lemon juice, beat smooth.
Alternately add dip and flour mixtures to the beaten mixture.
Bake for 1 hour 10 minutes, or until tester comes out clean.
Cool 20 minutes in pans before turning onto wire racks and cooling completely.
