Beachy Southwest Chicken Stew

8 oz chicken breast1tsp olive oil1 medium onion (diced)3 cloves garlic (chopped fine)1 green pepper (diced)1 can of black beans (rinsed and drained)1 can of tomatoes w/ green chilis (Ro-Tel)1Tbs cumin
Add oil to skillet.
Add cut up chicken breast and lightly brown.
Add onions, garlic, and green peppers and cook until almost done.
Add in black beans and tomatoes.
Season w/ cumin.
Simmer about 20-30 minutes until flavors blend.
