Pineapple Carrot Salad

Ingredients
3 med raw carrots 1/2 Tsp Salt1 Tsp Nutmeg -- grated1/2 C Fresh Pineapple -- diced1/4 C Walnuts -- diced1/4 C Currants or raisins 1/2 C Vanilla Yogurt
Directions
Grate the carrots and nutmeg, dice the walnuts and pineapple, Combine all chill before serving.

Note: canned drained unsweetened pineapple can be used
