Salmon Patties with Cheese

Ingredients
1 Pouch of Bumble Bee Pink Salmon 1 Egg (Could make lower in fat by using just the egg white)1/4 Cup Egg Substitute1/4 cup of raw onion1/2 cup Sushi Chef Panko Bread Crumbs1/4 cup fat free cheddar cheeseSeason to TasteMrs. Dash Lemon Pepper or Lemon & HerbPepper if Lemon & Herb spice is used instead of Lemon PepperGarlic (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together.
Add seasonings according to your preferences.
Fry in non stick pan with about 1 teaspoon of olive oil for about 7 minutes on each side on medium heat.

I use the green ceramic pan which enables me to use very little oil.
