Chicken with Mushroom Cream Sauce

Ingredients

1 lb. of skinless chicken breastsEnough black pepper to coat chicken breasts2T Olive Oil1-2T Flour2 C Fresh Mushrooms1/2 C Onions(Green Onions work well too)1 C Chicken Broth1/2 C Sour Cream2T Parsley
Put the Olive oil into a skillet and then coat the chicken breasts with the flour and sprinkle with pepper. Cook for 10 minutes or until it is well browned on both sides. Add the mushrooms and onions and cook till tender
Stir in the broth and heat to a boil. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes until the chicken is done.
Add the sour cream(and red peppers if you choose) and cook until hot. Sprinkle with parsley.
Enjoy!
