Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients
1/3 low sodium soy sauce2 tbl mirin2.5 tbl cider vinegar2 tbl sugar1.5 tbl chopped peeled fresh ginger
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Simmer and stir until sugar is disolved and sauce is reduced to about a half cup. Cool to room temperature before marinating raw meat/fish.
