Turkey Sausage Gravy

Ingredients
12 oz Jeanie-O Turkey Sausage Chub1/3 cup Arrowroot flour2 1/2 cups nonfat milkSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Take sausage and crumble in pan. Cook on medium heat until no longer pink. Remove sausage from pan keeping as much of the drippings as possible. With fat in the pan, add arrowroot flour. Mix to remove lumps. Add milk stirring constantly. Cook on Med. heat until desired thickened consistency. Add removed sausage back to pan and stir. Serve over biscuits.
