Holiday Broccoli Cheese Rice

Ingredients
2 c. cooked white short grain rice2 c. steamed broccoli chopped1/2c. onion 1/2 c. mushroom 8 oz. velveeta 2% cheese1 tbl olive oil10.5 oz. can cream of mushroom soupMake rice, set aside. Steam broccoli set aside. In microwave melt velveeta with soup. In skillet brown onions until golden and add mushrooms to brown. Now mix veggies and rice into soup mixture pour into casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes until golden brown on top.
