Low Carb Blueberry Pancakes

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (or any type of flour will probably work)1/2 cup Egg Beaters1/2 cup frozen blueberries (or fresh, or any type of fruit!)2 tablespoons wheat bran1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp cinnamon1 pinch of salt2 packets of Splenda (or your sweetener of choice)
Whisk Egg Beaters, vanilla, and water together. Then slowly sift in the flour, making sure to keep stirring. Add the wheat bran and the other dry ingredients, stir, then add the blueberries.
Cook the pancakes over medium heat until set. Flip carefully.
Top with toppings of choice and ENJOY!
*Note: pancakes will be a little more egg-y than your typical pancake but still delicious!
