Wild Rice, Craisin & Almond Salad with Chicken

Ingredients
3 cups cooked wild rice1 cup Craisins1 cup sliced almonds2 12.5 ounce cans of chicken breast, drainedDressing:2 cloves garlic, minced1 tbsp Dijon mustard1 tsp Splenda (or sugar)1/2 cup White Balsamic vinegar2 tbsp Olive oilSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix together the first 4 ingredients, breaking up the chicken. Mix together all dressing ingredient and let sit for a few minutes for flavors to blends. Pour over salad. Mix and chill.
