Veggie sausage casserole with Sweet Potato & Butternut Squash

Ingredients
400g butternut squash400g sweet potato100g savoy cabbage200g leeks4 quorn sausage1 tbspn gravy granules
Directions
1) Cube and boil sweet pot & squash until half cooked.

2) Add stock, sausage and veggies in pan.

3) Add sweet pot & squash

4) Simmer until cooked as desired.

5) Add herbs as desired
