Traditional Stuffing with Dried Cherries

Directions
1 medium onion, chopped fine4T light margarine10 slices cubed bread1 1/4t sage or poultry seasoning2/3c. chopped celery1 can chicken and rice soup1/2 can water2/3c. dried cherries
Brown onion in butter, add remaining ingredients and mix. You may need to add more water if too dry. Pour into greased dish, cover, and bake at 325F for one hour.
