shrimp ceviche

Ingredients
2 large steak tomatoes diced.5 red onion diced.5 peeled cucmber dices2 limes juiced14 oz shrimp cooked2 tbsp evoosalt pepper to tastefresh minced jalepenos or garlic if desired
Directions
put everything together and chill 30minutes. serve with crusty bread guac and balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
