Asparagus & Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 lb. asparagus, fresh, cleaned8 oz. mushrooms, fresh, rinsed1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper2 scallions (green onions), chopped1 c. chicken broth, 99% fat free
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place asparagus in casserole dish.
Place mushrooms over asparagus.
Sprinkle with black pepper.
Place scallions over mushrooms.
Pour chicken broth over all.
Cover dish with foil and cook in over for 30 min.
Makes 4 servings.
