4 boneless skinless chicken breastssalt & peppernonstick cooking spray1 1/2 cups pasta sauce1/2 reduced-fat shredded mozzarella1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Season chicken w/salt & pepper. Spray skillet w/nonstick cooking spray, heat skillet to medium heat. Add chicken & cook on both sides, about 5 to 7 minutes each, depending on thickness. Reduce heat to medium-low. Spoon pasta sauce over chicken & simmer for an additional 3 minutes. Sprinkle w/mozzarella, cover & cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until cheese is melted & gooey. Sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese.
