Aloo Gobi

Ingredients

1 large cauliflower2 potatoes, peeled and boiled (400g)half a cup of chopped fresh coriander4 green chillis 2onions1/4 tsp turmeric powder1/2 tsp corander, ground1 tsp lemon juice1/2 tsp cumin seeds3 tbsp oil or ghee2 tbsp curds (cottage cheese)2 tbsp grated coconut1/2 tsp ground ginger1 tsp grated garlic1/2 tsp wheat flour
Grind the following ingredients into a paste:
2 tbsp coconut, grated
1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
3 green chillis
1/2 tsp ginger ground
1 tsp grated garlic
1 onion
1/2 tsp wheat flour
Peel and Boil potatoes.
Break cauliflower into florettes. Simmer in boiling water for 2-3 minutes
Drain, keep aside
Chop potatoes into medium chunks
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds. Allow to splutter
Add paste, turmeric powder, ground coriander. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add curds, stir continuously til boiling resumes
Add potatoes, cauliflower. Cook till sauce thickens
Stir Occasionally to avoid burning
When sauce is thick and oil separates, add lemon juice
Garnish with Coriander
