Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

4 oz uncooked fettuccine or spaghettti noddles8 oz chicken breast2 cups copped broccoli1 cup sliced sweet red pepper4oz cream cheese1/2 cup parmesan shredded1 cup 1% milk1 Tbsp butter1 tsp minced garlic white pepper and salt to taste
Cook your chicken until juices run clear and cut into pieces. Set aside. Cook noddle according to package and put in broccoli and red pepper the last two mins. In the meantime melt butter in saute pan and add garlic, cook for 1-2 min, then add cream cheese, parmesan and milk. Stir continually until completely heated. Add noodles, broccoli, and chicken to sauce and lightly toss. Makes 3 generous servings

I just made this for the 2nd time and added sliced red peppers and 1/4c more parmesan with 4oz less chicken, cause there was soooo much the 1st time I made it.It's way better than the 1st time. It's edited on the recipe!!!
