Easter Jello Salad

Ingredients
1 box lime gelatin1 c. lowfat cottage cheese1 c. pineapple tidbits
Directions
Drain pineapple, reserving pineapple juice. Make gelatin according to paskage directions, adding the pineapple juice to the cold water to make required amount. Add in the pineapple and chill for 1 hour. Stir in the cottage cheese and chill until it has set-up.
Makes 10 1/2 c. servings.
