Grilled Burgers

Ingredients
2 lbs 93/7 ground beef3 lbs 80/20 ground beef3 tbs garlic powder2 tbs dill1/4 c seasoned bread crumbs
Directions
Mix all and form into apx 16 patties.
Grill over hardwood coals (apx 300deg) until done as desired. do not fry or bake. Any fat loss to cooking will be burned off in the fire when cooked on the grill. Healthier and better tasting than a george forman grill!
Cheese optional.

    I think there is a big difference in flavor when grilled vs pan fried. Make a world of difference! But yes, Total YUM!

    A big hit with the family! I did replace 2 teaspoons of the already minced garlic instead of the powder. We made these on the grill, they were and juicy and the flavor was spectacular. I will make these again, Thanks! - 6/24/11
