Mashed Sweet Yams

Ingredients
orange yams, brown sugar, salt, butter, vanilla, cinnamon & 2 % milk
Directions
Cook yams with salt untill tender. Mash add milk, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon & vanilla, stir very well. But everything in a flat pan, sprinkle a little more brown sugar on top (1 tbls). Bake for about 30min.
