Hearty Oatmeal Pancakes

Flour, whole grain, 2 cup (remove)*Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 2 cup (remove)Granulated Sugar, .25 cup (remove)1tsp baking soda1 tbsp baking powder*Horizon Organic Fat Free Yogurt, Plain, 4 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)Butter, salted, .5 cup (remove)
Mix dry and wet ingredients separately, then stir together gently. Overmixing the batter will make them tough. It's a really thick batter.
Put a dollop into the pan for each pancake, around 3 1/2 inches in diameter (they don't spread that far). Leave to cook for at least a minute until the pancake is set and air bubbles start to appear on the top side. Then flip for another minute or so.
Makes around 26 4 inch pancakes.
