Sugar Free Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients
1 box of Sugar Free Jello Instant pudding - Chocolate 1 pkg. Sugar Free Oreo cookies 1 jar Sugar Free Hot Fudge Topping 1 tub Sugar Free Cool Whip 1 box (12) Sugar Free Ice Cream Sandwiches (rectangle is best) Aluminum foil Cookie sheet
Directions
Mix together 1 cup of Cool Whip, 1/2 cup of hot fudge topping and 8 crushed Oreos until a stiff mousse forms. Unwrap and lay side to side 4 ice cream sandwiches. Spread half of the mixture over the top of the sanwiches. Layer with 4 more sandwiches and spread another layer of the mixture. Top with remaining sandwiches and cover entire cake with remaining cool whip. Wrap loosely with aluminum foil and freeze for at least 4 hours.
8 servings or 16 half-servings.

    The pudding mix goes in with the Cool Whip and hot fudge!!

    Also the calorie count only took into account the pudding mix. Count on some fat as it is sugar-free; however, the servings are small and it goes a long way. - 6/22/10
