Ingredients
4 La tortilla low carb high fiber tortilla shells1.2 lbs of honeysuckle white ground turkey breast3 cups of romaine lettuce shredded1 cup tomatoes1/4 cup green onion1 cup fat free refried beans1/2 cup of reduced fat 2% milk of cheddar jack cheese4 tbsp of taco seasoning 2 tbsp of light sour cream
Directions
take tortilla shells and place over a 6 inch oven safe glass bowl in the oven for 10 minutes at 425 degrees. May have to press and shape the shell over the bowl. after shells have been baked and cooled, brown turkey and add taco seasoning. Cut up onions and tomatoes. Heat up beans. Once seasoned turkey is done, you may start to build your taco salad. Add whatever you would like, just make sure you add them as only onion, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream and refried beans are added in the total calories for this meal. Serves 4.
