Almost from Scratch Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
Mashed potato flakes, 5 2/3 cupsEvaporated milk, 2 cupsMargarine, 1 stickWater, 3 cups (approximate)Dash saltPepper to taste
Directions
Put water, milk and salt into a large pot. Bring to a boil. Turn off heat. Add potato flakes and stir in with a whisk; add margarine and pepper.

Makes 8 cups, or 16 1/2 cup servings.
