Healthy Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
2 tsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread (80 cal/TB)2 sliced Roman Meal Superseed Bread2 slices Kraft Fat Free American Singles
Directions
Makes one yummy sandwich!

Butter each slice of bread with one tsp of Smart Balance.

Place face-down on a skillet. Place a slice of chees on each slice of bread.

Cook on medium heat until the cheese melts a bit. Then flip together, cheese against cheese. Let it melt a bit more. The bread should be golden brown and crispy.

Remove from heat. *I love to cut my grilled cheese into triangles.

Serve with V-8 if you like. Mmmm-mmm-mm!
