Spaghettini Carbonara Florentine with Smoked Oysters

2 servings whole wheat spaghettini1 can Clover Leaf Oysters2 cups fresh spinach (can sub frozen)2 tsp olive oil2 eggs0.5 cup skim milkgarlicsaltpepper
Book pasta ahead.
Sautee the garlic in the oil. Add the spinach and cook briefly. Add the milk, boil, then reduce heat. Add your pasta. Lower heat to low. Add the egg and mix well. Remove from heat, toss in oysters, and serve.
