Nan's Ham and Asiago Loaf

2 lb baked ham ground8 0z asiago grated cheese1 cup bread crumbs1/2 c. egg beaters1 c. skim evaporated milk1 tsp black pepper1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp powder mustardGlaze1 c. organic brown sugar1 tsp powdwered mustard1/4 c apple cider vinegar
Mix bread crumbs and seasoning together well in large bowl, add milk and egg beaters and mix together well. Mix the bread crumb mixture with ground ham and Asiago cheese form into 4 mini loafs(I use pampered chef 4 mini pan) and place in well sprayed pan mini pans. Bake for 60 minutes at 350. While baking mix together 1 tsp powdered mustard, 1 cup organic brown sugar, and 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar. During the last 15 minutes of baking add glaze to ham loaves. Remove from oven and let rest in pans 20 minutes before serving.This gives time for the choices to be soaked up and the loafs to set well.
