Baked Spicy Turkey Meatballs

1 lb 4oz package Perdue Ground Turkey (or other lean ground turkey)2 egg whites1/4 Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style1/3 grated parmesan cheese1 tsp crushed red pepper2 cloves garlic1 tsp Italian seasoning
Preheat oven at 350.
Spray glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In bowl, mix by hand the turkey, egg whites, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, crushed red pepper, garlic, and italian seasoning.
Shape mixture into 1" meatballs and place in baking dish (approximately 24).
Bake for 30 minutes.
Variation: Add marinara or spaghetti sauce to meatballs with 10 minutes left in baking process, then serve over whole wheat spaghetti.
