Rhea's Quick 1 hour Chili

2 cans Beans (any kind)4 oz can Green chili's (diced).5 pack Taco seasoning .5 pack Dry onion soup mix .5 med Onion3-4 oz ground meat (93/7) (ckn, trk,y stk, prk)1 Tb's flour1-2 cup 99% FF Chicken stock 1 tsp Crushed chili flakes Salt and Pepper to taste
Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium sauce pan bring to boil on med high heat then reduce to simmer on low heat.
In a medium saute pan add veg oil and onions saute til translucent and remove set off to the side. In the same pan, add ground round, (93/7%). Brown til med, add the onions and flour, cook for 2 minutes.
Add meat mixture to the sauce pan with beans. Add Chicken stock, give a good stir and bring to a boil and reduce to simmer under low heat for 20 minutes or til thickened.
Top with shredded 2% cheese and chopped onions.
*Few drops of Louisiana Hot Sauce if desired
