Chicken Parmesean

Ingredients
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin2c light marinara sauce (I used Ragu)1 can diced tomatoes, drained2 T tastefully simple garlic garlic seasoning blend1 T tastefully simple onion onion seasoning blend1 c part skim shredded mozzarella cheese6 T parmigiano-reggiano cheese1/2 c panko breadcrumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Spray a grill pan or skillet with olive oil spray. Heat pan to high. Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook 1 1/2 minutes on each side until done.

Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Place chicken in pan, Cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle tomatoes, seanonings, and cheese over chicken. Bake 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Sprinkle with panko breadcrumbs. Serve immediately.
