Chicken in Honey barbecue sauce

Ingredients
# Roasting Chicken, 1 chicken, bone and skin removed Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Barbecue Sauce, 6 tbsp Water, tap, 0.25 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Serves 5 and any left can be eaten cold the next day!
Cut the chicken into medium- sized pieces, discarding the skin and any really bony parts with not much meat on them.
Wash and dry the chicken pieces and place in a large plastic tupperware with a lid.
Add the barbecue sauce and stir well to coat all the pieces. Put on lid and shake again to ensure that the chicken is well- coated.
Refrigerate for about 1 hour to let the chicken absorb the flavour of the sauce.

Pre-heat the grill and grill the chicken for about 30 mins or according to taste until cooked to your satisfaction, turning frequently and basting with the sauce to prevent drying out.

Serve with rice and a crisp salad.
