Zucchini Pancakes

Ingredients
4 small zucchini (I said 6 cups in the nutritional part)2 whole eggs, slightly beaten1/4 cup flour salt/pepper to tastespray oil
Directions
cut off ends of zucchini but do not peel. Grate coarsley. Add eggs and flur and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Fry in a skillet sprayed with oil- pancake size, until brown on both sides.
