Egg Salad

Ingredients
4 large hard boiled eggs, peeled1/4 cup Hellmann's Real Mayo (healthiest out there)1 T mustardsalt, pepper, curry to taste
Directions
Makes 3 servings

shred eggs on cheese grater into bowl, add mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, and a touch of curry to taste (curry brings a different flavor- nice if not too much!)

*serve on top of whole grain bread or rice cakes or whole grain crackers
