Dave's Flax seed chocolate chip crepes

Directions
Ingredients:Flour, whole grain, 1 cup **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1/4 CupOats, 1/2 CupMilk, 1%, 1/2 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Salt, 1 dash Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp Egg, fresh, 1 medium Semisweet chocolate, 1/4 cup chips
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl
Combine all wet ingredients in a seperate bowl.
Make a well in the dry ingredient and mix well
Heat a large pan and once hot, add 1/8 cup of the mixture to make small crepes. Turn once they start to bubble. Cook on the other side until lightly brown.
Serve with maple syrup and or mixed berries.
