liver and onions

Ingredients
2 med onions1 lbs beef liver.5 stick of margarine
Directions
melt margarine in frying pan, slice onions and saute. remove set aside. fry the liver, couple of minutes on both sides, remove from pan. slice liver into strips, put the strips and onions back into frying pan, mix together add salt and pepper.
