Crock pot sweet & sour chicken curry

Ingredients
1 pound chicken breast cut into 1-inch pieces1 large green or red pepper cut into 1-inch pieces1 large vidalia onion sliced14.5 oz stewed tomatoes1/4 cup mango chutney1/4 cup water 2 Tbsp cornstarch1 1/2 tsp curry powder
Directions
Place chicken, pepper and onion in crock pot and put tomatoes on top.

Mix together chutney, water, cornstarch & curry powder and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
