Ingredients
Zucchini about 6 cupOlive oil about .3 cupCrushed garlic 2 tbsp2 cans of stewed tomotoesPeas .5 cup frozen8 oz mushroomsCottage Cheese 1 cupGreek Yogurt 1 cup
Directions
Saute zucchini in olive oil with crushed garlic. You can add seasonings of your choice. I like garlic salt, italian seasonings, and parsely, Add stewed tomotoes 2 cans and other vegetables. Once boiling add yogurt and cottage cheese. Simmer on low until cooked.
